What types of organisations do you work with?
We work with organisations of all sizes across a range of industries, including corporate, government, education, health, community services, and the not-for-profit sectors.
Our programs are tailored to the unique needs, culture, and challenges of each organisation rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
What topics do you facilitate?
We facilitate programs across a range of learning and development areas, including leadership, communication, team effectiveness, change, customer service, facilitation skills, emotional intelligence, and many others.
For more, go to our Services page. If you’re looking for support in a specific area not listed, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Can you customise training for our organisation?
Absolutely. Every organisation has different goals, challenges, and participants.
Before any program is designed or delivered, we take the time to understand your objectives, audience, organisational context, and desired outcomes. This ensures the learning experience is relevant, practical, and immediately applicable.
How do you determine our training needs?
The process typically begins with a discovery conversation. Depending on the scope of the project, this may include stakeholder interviews, surveys, or discussions with leaders and participants.
The aim is to understand the current state, identify opportunities for improvement, and align the learning solution with your organisational goals.
Do you offer virtual and face-to-face training?
Yes. Programs can be delivered in person, virtually, or through a blended approach that combines both formats.
While we strongly recommend face-face delivery where possible, the delivery method is selected based on participant needs, learning objectives, geography, budget, and organisational preferences.
How long are your training programs?
Program lengths vary depending on the topic and objectives. Sessions can range from short keynote presentations and workshops lasting a few hours through to multi-day programs and longer development pathways delivered over several months.
A recommendation will be made based on the outcomes you are seeking to achieve.
How many people can attend a session?
We can facilitate small leadership groups, team workshops, and larger organisational programs.
The ideal group size depends on the level of interaction, discussion, and practical application required. This will be discussed during the planning process to ensure the best learning experience.
What makes your approach different?
Our approach is highly practical, engaging, and participant centred.
Rather than focusing solely on theory, we help people explore real workplace challenges, build practical skills, and create clear action plans that can be implemented immediately. Learning experiences are designed to be relevant, interactive, and meaningful.
How do you keep participants engaged?
Engagement is achieved through a mix of facilitated discussion, reflection, collaborative activities, case studies, problem-solving exercises, and real-world application.
Participants are encouraged to contribute their own experiences and explore practical solutions that are relevant to their roles and workplaces.
Do participants receive resources or materials?
Yes. Participants typically receive supporting resources, learning materials, tools, templates, or guides relevant to the program.
The specific resources provided will depend on the nature and objectives of the engagement.
Can you help us develop a broader learning strategy?
Yes. In addition to facilitation, we can support organisations with learning strategy, capability development, leadership development frameworks, program design, and learning initiatives that align with broader organisational goals.
Do you work with leadership teams?
Yes. We regularly work with executives, senior leaders, middle managers, emerging leaders, and leadership cohorts.
Programs are designed to build leadership capability, strengthen team performance, improve communication, and support organisational objectives.
Can you facilitate strategic planning or team development sessions?
Yes. We facilitate planning days, team workshops, leadership retreats, and strategy sessions designed to help groups align around priorities, strengthen collaboration, and develop actionable plans.
What is your facilitation style?
Our facilitation style is professional, collaborative, and engaging. We create an environment where participants feel comfortable contributing, exploring different perspectives, and challenging their thinking.
The focus is on creating meaningful conversations that lead to practical outcomes.
How much does training cost?
Pricing depends on factors such as program duration, level of customisation, participant numbers, location, project scope and any instruments used.
Following an initial discussion, we can provide a tailored proposal outlining options and associated investment.
What information do you need to provide a proposal?
Typically, it is helpful to know:
- Your learning objectives
- The target audience
- The number of participants
- Your preferred delivery format
- The desired timeframes
- The location of the session, and
- Any budget parameters (if available)
With this information, we can recommend the most appropriate solution.
How far in advance should we book?
Where possible, it is recommended that training be booked several weeks in advance to allow time for planning, customisation, and scheduling.
Often training instruments may require a longer lead time (approximately six weeks) to allow for participants to complete the instrument and any processing and printing.
However, we understand that organisational needs can arise unexpectedly and we will always do our best to accommodate urgent requests.
Can you travel to our location?
Of course. we can deliver programs across Australia and, where required, internationally. Travel arrangements and associated costs can be discussed as part of the proposal process.
What happens after the training?
Learning is most effective when it is reinforced over time.
Depending on your needs, follow-up support may include participant action planning, coaching conversations, leader guides, additional resources, or follow-up workshops designed to reinforce and sustain learning outcomes.
Do you offer coaching as well as facilitation?
Yes. Coaching can be provided as a standalone service or integrated into broader development programs. Coaching helps participants translate learning into action and supports ongoing growth and accountability.
How do we get started?
Simply get in touch via the contact form or book an introductory conversation. We’ll discuss your objectives, explore potential solutions, and determine whether we’re the right fit to work together.
There is no obligation, and the conversation is focused on understanding your needs and identifying the best way forward.
