Steve is an infectious trainer with a great passion to share the journey of learning and help equip his participants to learn as much as possible and to work more efficiently and effectively.

When delivering training, Steve utilises his varied work history to make his training relevant and practical. His training style is both personable and professional, and he trains so that the participants gain confidence and become productive and independent. His sessions are enjoyable and relaxed. He is extremely flexible and adaptable, ensuring the needs of all participants are met.

Steve has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. He also holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing/Economics and another in Accounting.

Steve has worked as a trainer with a wide range of industries and government departments. His flexibility and ability to work in a range of environments with employees at all levels is one of Steve’s greatest strengths. Steve has participated in several nationwide rollouts of training involving multiple software and hardware platforms. He has also been involved in presenting training programs for clients in London and New York.

Sue Henczel

Sue Henczel

Sue has worked in the information and knowledge environment for over 35 years. Many of these have been spent developing practical experience in universities, State and Federal government departments, State and public libraries, private enterprises and not-for-profit organisations. She has worked with the education, energy, sport, and finance sectors in Australia, and has consulted for UNESCO’s Information and Communications Branch in Sri Lanka, India, Thailand and Indonesia.

Since 2002 Sue has been conducting her workshops across Australia, New Zealand, the USA, UK, and Asia, firstly as the training manager for a not-for-profit organisation in the university sector and then as owner and principle consultant of her own company. Her practical experience in the workplace, combined with her broad experience as a consultant and professional author ensure that her workshops are informative, practical, evidence-based, comprehensive and current.

Sue’s workshops are structured but always flexible and responsive to the needs of the clients, particularly in regards to their immediate situations/challenges. She believes in taking holistic views of enterprise systems and incorporates interactivity and the use of case studies to identify issues and possible solutions, and to consolidate the learning.

Sue’s professional qualifications include a Bachelor of Business in Information Management, Master of Business in Information Technology and a doctorate focussing on the impact of professional association membership.

Natasha is a facilitator and transformational change coach who helps executives and aspiring leaders unleash their own resourcefulness, resilience and true potential by being, thinking and doing things differently. She assists her clients to reframe their beliefs and decisions, find their purpose and passion and lead with courage and authenticity.

 Natasha decided to move into the world of consulting after a successful People and Culture Leadership career in the corporate world. Over 23 years, she worked across multiple industries including, tertiary education, government, banking and finance, member associations and natural resources.

An innovative and commercial HR/OD leader, Natasha has specialised in leadership development and cultural change and transformation. She builds deep relationships through her enquiring and empathetic approach and prides herself on being ethical, authentic and values-driven.

Natasha has a Bachelor of Business and a Certificate III in Counselling. She is also a Certified Master NLP/Timeline Practitioner and Coach, an Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership Coach and a Professional Certified Coach (pending) with the International Coaching Federation.

In addition, she is accredited in a number of instruments including the Genos Emotional Intelligence Development Assessment, the Organisational Growth Indicator, Growth Leadership Indicator, the Life Styles Inventory and the Group Styles Inventory. She is an AHRI Certified HR Practitioner, a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Member.

James Siew

James Siew

James is an organisational development futurist, with over 25 years of global experience in transformative solutions that enhance human capital development, and organisational performance. 

He has worked as both an internal and external Organisational Development and Human Resources Development consultant in various industries specialising in leadership, sustainability management, economic development, innovation management, performance management, talent and organisational development.

He is the creator of The Future Leader™ which is a 21st Century-oriented leadership development framework designed to address current issues while preparing for future-proof possibilities. James has given webinars in sustainability management and the “future of work” based on his research conducted through the University of Waterloo and University of Toronto in Canada, where he is currently based. James advocates “applying tomorrow’s solutions for today’s problems”.

In 2019 James completed his Master of Economic Development and Innovation at the University of Waterloo in Canada. Which he adds to his two undergraduate degrees in Economics (University of Melbourne) and Science (University of North Carolina).

He has extensive experience in developing organisational strategies, designing processes, policies, interventions and systems, executing Organisational Development initiatives and facilitating and conducting training workshops for business impact and cultural change.

Sally has been working as a leadership, management and learning consultant for fifteen years and specialises in strategic thinking, facilitation, change management and leadership development. She has worked in a wide range of organisations from small NGOs through to Government, Corporate and private businesses in the health, engineering, arts, transport, community services and education sectors.

As a consultant she has built upon her diverse career, which culminated in roles responsible for organisational change and organisational development. Sally’s belief in the critical importance of relationships to success in the workplace means she incorporates a range of communication, networking and interpersonal skills into her consultations. Her approach is a unique combination of creative ideas generation through to practical implementation.

Her delivery of learning programs is characterised by innovation, facilitation and interaction. She believes the best learning occurs when people are able to apply it directly to their workplace.

Grace has been working as a leadership, management and learning consultant for ten years and specialises in management, facilitation and leadership development. She has worked in Government, NGOs, Corporate and private businesses, working in sectors such as health, engineering, housing, community services and education.

Grace operates from a very practical perspective and works closely with her participants to establish expectations, including identification of issues to be addressed, and then encourages them to problem solve and develop their own solutions.

Her delivery style is engaging, interactive and fun, using realistic experiences and case studies to engage participants. This ensures they understand the concepts being shared and are able to apply them back in the workplace.
